President Bush seems to think that he has been appointed Caesar of the entire world, free to boss around
whoever he pleases. He even thinks he can tell other countries, such as Syria, to jump, and all they're
supposed to say back is "how high". The Syrians are offended by his arrogance- and rightfully so. A
